Rolling admission: I heard the order they receive the application does NOT matter

For rolling admin schools, I heard that their "rolling" is not like other schools' rolling admissions, where the order they recieve the application makes a difference in the admission chance.

I'm pretty sure that this is true.. or I hope..

What I want to know is that if I get rejected, do I get my rejection early as accepted ppl get their results early, or do rejection letters come out late, like April 1? (i.e., would they reject someone in the mid of Feb. or would they postpone rejections till later?)

and how do we check our admission results, since we really don't know when they would notify us? email? on-line status check? mail? humm getting anxious here!!

They do it by mail for rolling and i think u get rejected on april 1 if you do that is.
