<p>Im OOS i got a response in about a week. If you are "leading applicant" you will be guaranteed admissions, not necissarily to your major though.</p>
<p>i got an oos decision in 2 weeks...it is definitely rolling, you probably won't have to wait very long before you hear back</p>
