Rolling Admission??

<p>OK, so in leu of recent events I'm beginning to think I may not get into any of the schools I applied to as a transfer. However being that I currently HATE where I am at I was wondering if anybody knew of a list of schools that had rolling transfer admission. Therefore if I'm not accepted at any of the places I applied then I still have some options? Anyone know of a list or anything? Or some reputable schools that do this?</p>

<p>I want to know too... even I got in UCLA today...
the reason is... they might not consider me as a CA resident... if they want me to pay non-resident fee each quarter/semester, why not go to private schools with smaller classes? </p>
