<p>I applied regular decision to ILR and was reading on the "Admissions Timetable" (bottom of <a href="https://admissions.cornell.edu/downloads/freshmen_reqs_timetable.pdf%5B/url%5D">https://admissions.cornell.edu/downloads/freshmen_reqs_timetable.pdf</a>). It says in the "Admissions decisions to applicants" row:</p>
<p>"Agriculture and Life Sciences, Hotel, ILR: rolling beginning in February" </p>
<p>Is it true that they have earlier, rolling decision notifications.</p>

<p>Oh poopy. Should have handed in my app earlier...a Feb decision would be so good.</p>
<p>As my d is now a junior in ILR, I have been around these boards for a few admission cycles.<br>
Trust me on this--Every year LESS and LESS kids seem to get notified before April. Last year I cannot remember one "regular college confidential kid "for ILR getting notification before April. I think someone had a classmate who heard early- but that was it.<br>
Though notification to those 3 schools do begin in mid/late February, the VAST majority of kids get notification by April 1st.<br>
Do not stress if you do not get an early notification. Many kids got their acceptances by 4/1 even though their college did begin to accept kids in mid-February.</p>
