Even if a school is rolling admission (which the schools you are referring to are not) the cut off for merit and financial aid have passed. Don’t waste your time trying to do something now. Just wait until fall 2017.
I don’t know anything about the academics at that school but I just did a little clicking through their website and it looks like they don’t give financial aid to international students.
