Rolling admissions?

I've read that Drexel accepts students on a rolling basis. Is this true? And if so when do they usually begin? Thans!

I am unsure if Drexel is still rolling decision but when I applied two years ago there were. I applied around mid October and I received my acceptance online around this time.

Decisions started coming back in early November last year, see this thread: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/drexel-university/1236001-fall-2012-admission.html

However I’m unsure how long the recent hurricane will delay decisions, if at all. By the looks of that thread, decisions were made pretty randomly. People applied in September/October and didn’t hear back until December and people who applied in November heard back like 2 weeks later.

Personally I applied about a week or two ago (app was downloaded on 10/24 but last rec. letter was received on 11/1) so I’m hoping to have a decision around Thanksgiving or sometime before December at the least, but we’ll see. I used the common app and not the VIP app, so I hope that doesn’t delay things.

One of you applicants might want to start a Fall 2013 Admission thread…

Drexel used to have rolling admissions. It is no longer rolling. You have a choice between ED and RD.
