Rolling - At a Disadvantage?

Just today, my school sent out my transcript/recommendations to three schools that have rolling admissions. I waited so long because I'm trying to show an upward trend, and by holding off until February, will now be able to see my entire first semester.

I am, however, wondering whether or not I'll have a tougher chance getting in as the rolling schools have fewer spots this late in the season.

Thanks for any help in advance.

You probably will be. It's a balancing act - get the earlier app in or wait until the grades are better.

Yuk. Would you consider it a severe disadvantage?

I don't think they will be too bad because I heard that a lot of colleges (except for the top schools, but I'm assuming these aren't top 25 because they're rolling) are having a dip in applications. And dip in applications=higher acceptance rate.
Oh and also with the common app people are applying to a lot more schools, so I bet colleges are expecting a lower yield.
