<p>I applied to UW Madison right when the application came out. I have been expecting a decision sometime soon. Someone recently told me that it wasn't rolling. Is it or isnt it?</p>

<p>What makes you think you’ll be getting a decision soon? By applying before the first notification period deadline, November 1, you’re only guaranteed a decision by what is it now, January 15th? </p>
<p>I wouldn’t expect a decision too soon, if I were you. It might happen, but it might not.</p>
