Rollingg Admissions - I Applied too Late?

Hello!
I applied for some CUNYs for the Spring 2019 Semester in November 10. The priority deadline for all of them were September 15 except Lehman college which was October 1, but they have rolling admissions from that day on until December 15.

Do you think I applied too late? I really want to know. Thank you!
