Rollover minutes

I think RR thinks time-outs are like AT&T minutes and roll-over if he doesn't use it up before the half. 2 weeks in a row he failed to call a timeout with 2 minutes left on the clock allowing the opposing team to run the clock down to 1 minute.
It's not like he has decided it's not worth it to risk turning the ball over and satisfied to go into the half though. I would not have been fine with that either but yesterday, after letting wisconsin run down the clock from 2 minutes to almost 1 minute by not calling a timeout on first down when they were 1 yard from the goal line, he decided the to hail mary for the last minute. Seriously? If you are done and want to send the team packing, don't call a timeout and have your QB kneel the ball. If you are trying to score before the half, well burn a timeout and stop the clock instead of let the other team run it out...It just baffles my mind how he cant do math as shown in the clock management last couple games
