<p>hello everyone!! this is so exciting! a Romanian Thread...i'm from Timisoara...class of 1012...biting my nails as we speak waiting to be rejected by colleges in the US...I have a couple of questions for all of you...
firstly...i haven't sent my first semester grades yet but none of the colleges have contacted me to tell me to send them...have y'all sent them? at this point it doesn't even matter but i would appreciate some input on this...
also...regarding finaid...i have sent in the Collegeboard International Fin Aid App but nothing else such as fisa fiscala and all that stuff and again...colleges seem to be down with that...so...i don't really know if i will be disappointed next week or not...
i've already been accepted by Lake Forest College which is a great choice for us Internationals...i have like 3 romanian friends there...don't know if I can go tho...not enough finaid...so...

Anyway, regarding your questions: if the colleges didn't ask about them, it might not be such a big deal after all. As you said, it is somewhat late.
To what colleges did you apply?
And regarding financial aid, the collegeboard app is ok, some schools ask for the collegeboard certificate too, but that is more important for the visa and I-20 when you get accepted.

<p>Oh...the guys from Colgate were really original: "The admission process this year was the most competitive in Colgate's history". they had almost 10 000 applications for 730 places . We should win a Nobel and make them regret their decision.</p>
