i could deal with a triple made for three people. i could not deal with a double housing three people. thanks i hope your right!

gracie06: I think you are on the second floor. Everybody else on your list should have a two in their room no.

WHAT THE HELL not only did they not give me a single... but they put me in revelle! .. i am so *ed... im a tmc student.. this doesnt make sense..

just speculation...im trying to remember what E means...remember at orientation we had letters assigned to our keys. like the letter means the "house" or something?

I'm guessing E is the suite letter, the first number = floor, and the second number = room

syneria. it's diana right? well anyway, chrissy nguyen is my best friend. expect me to be at your place often.

Hmm. I think this is not right. The triples in doubles, that is.

If it was meant to be 3 people in a 2-person room, that would be the Plus 1 room (see description: http://hds.ucsd.edu/housing/roomtype.html). Then when they assigned us rooms, it would've said "Room Type: Plus 1" not "Room Type: DB" as mine does.

I will wait it out and hope that it was just an error on their part, instead of getting upset now.

i am NIEK i am: Lawl, yes, it's Diana. :) Awesome, people I know! (well, by CC anyways) Tried looking her up on facebook, but MRR, didn't see her. :P

Yeah its kinda confusing. So glad i'm not in that situation...How soon did everyone sign up for their housing?

that's what the temporary triple looks like

I thought I signed up early enough (maybe 1-2 weeks after the housing contract came out) to get the double I wanted, but I guess not.

I would've signed up for housing as soon as I was accepted, except I held back JUST IN CASE Emory or Boston College got back to me. :( Got waitlisted for both, so I submitted housing only when I got word back that I was waitlisted. So..... about a week or two after the UCSD acceptances came out?

thats a rate saver isnt it? there is a designation for having a rate saver room...wouldnt we have that instead of "double"

http://hds.ucsd.edu/housing/roomtype.html

the temporary triples should be Plus 1 ??

I have 2 roommates but I'm listed as DB too. I think it's a typing error on their part.

3rd day signup here. Got a Single. Warren.

And all of my roomates (that are on facebook at least) look like giants. I'm afraid....

it looks like it might be an error...what is bugging me though...where are the "extra" people going to go if they are doubles not triples after all? this makes me think i might be in a triple.

I'm pretty excited now. I talked to one my roommates who seems chill, and one of his friends who is one of our suitmates. I have a triple.. I don't know hwo the other guy is. I couldn't find any info on him anywhere. No facebook, or EVEN myspace. What nationality is he anyway? his name is Kyle Lazzarevich. Anyways, I talked to a sophmore who was in the same house last year and said we got an Ocean View in the lounge. SWEET!

Where all the Tenaya residents at? REPRESENT!

Tenaya!!!!

Tioga Is Better!!!

well... i got a rate server :D... that's what i asked for... but i only have one roommate, not two... so it's a double but SMALLER i guess... oh well... has anyone seen a Darren Lou roaming around FACEBOOK?
