I'm a current freshman/rising sophomore and wondering what the chances are to get into a South Hill apartment with 3 other freshmen for next fall. The person with the best priority number in our group is about #2300 out of 6000, do you think that would be enough? People say all the upperclassmen will rank the apartments as a first choice so rising sophomores don't have much of a chance, but I would have thought that Commons/Courtyards or off-campus housing would be more appealing to them.

Also, what happens to your preference-based shopping group if you don't get placed in an apartment/suite? Would we get split up with random rooms/roommates?
