Room Swap/IRC contract

<p>I'm wondering if anyone(female) is interested in taking over my IRC contract for 09-10. My room is a double room in a suite with air conditioner. Four people living in two double rooms share a bathroom. And there’s a kitchen on each floor of the dorm. What’s more important, there’re lots of fun activities and much free food in IRC, such as yoga class taught every week and the waffle night. Furthermore,my roommate is really nice.</p>
