<p>Hey I didn’t submit my contract yet (in other words, I don’t have a signed contract) am I elligible for buying other people’s contracts? how does that work?</p>
<p>you could not accept your contract and try to find a place off-campus. Baits isn’t that bad though and the single sounds nice. Engineers will not want Baits over their current placement because most only take two classes on North their first year. </p>
