I'd go in and explain your actual situation, make it clear that you're a reasonable guy who doesn't think he deserves the world, just wants to improve his situation a little, and see if they can help you. Be appreciative and calm. It's still quiet season down in Housing-land, so they can help if they're so inclined.</p>

I'd really like to move sooner rather than later (I've got a killer schedule), but I'm unsure of what I can do besides just continue to wait.</p>
