<p>My older son nearly burned the house down when he was 10 or so. He was an avid reader and I had a lot of trouble getting him to put down the book and go to sleep at night. He had a nightlight in his room and he took the decorative cover off of it so he could put his head under the covers and have the little bulb shining on his book. (The light was right next to his bed). He fell asleep with his blanket on the bulb. My husband awoke in the night to a burning smell...it was the blanket! My son never used the nightlight again. (But we did purchase him one of those little clip-on booklights).</p>

<p>A "study" is like a "library" or office. You don't hear people use that term much anymore. When I was younger my best friend's dad referred to his office as "the study".</p>

<p>My dad has a seperate room for his office which is like his computer and files and work stuff. The study,another room, which is how he refers to it, holds all my books inluding my moms and dads. My dad's books take up 85% of the shelves, hahaha.</p>
