<p>I sent in my checks today, officially a Blue Hen.</p>
<p>Just wondering if anyone knows how they do roomates here. I've toured so many colleges, I forget how UDel does it.</p>
<p>As a freshman, it is completely random. You fill out a questionnaire and that is it. Can’t pick a roommate. Can’t pick a residence hall. Everyone pays the same freshman year.</p>

<p>i heard this year they changed it. You ARE allowed to request a roommate as a freshmen. And im pretty sure you list your top 3 dorms on the housing form.</p>

<p>You were always able to request a roommate. The listing of of your top dorm choices must be a new thing. Upper classmen were able to request although you couldn’t ask for a particular room in a building.</p>
