Roommate and/or sublet needed off campus

<p>I am posting this for my daughter as she has just been offered a job in the Foggy Bottom area and is in need of finding housing within the next couple of weeks. She has checked online with the GW student newspaper, but there were only 2 listings in the classifieds, neither of them for roommates or sublets.</p>

<p>Might anyone here know if there is a online place through the GW portal to find housing, or a physical place where housing notices are posted? I thought she might have a better chance with a GW student as it is the area she is interested in living. While she would prefer a professional for a roommate, she is not oppose to a student.</p>

<p>Craigs list is the place to look, but housing is expensive. I decided to stay in campus next year to avoid the extras added to the rent which is already between 1000-2000 per roomate a month, plus the location where GW is, no comparison.</p>
