Roommate Forms?

<p>I know Berkeley had their acceptees fill out an application for a roommate along with their housing application…with questions like when you go to bed at night and whether you prefer a loud or quiet environment.</p>

<p>Does anyone know when UCSD does this, or if they do it at all? I know that UCSC also does this.</p>
