<p>I am currently looking for a 4th housemate to live in a newly renovated 2BR apartment (14’ x 11’ each room). We are 3 friendly Asian male students from the Bay Area. You will be sharing a room with a 3rd year Psychology major student. The lease starts from September 1, 2012 to August 31, 2013.</p>
<p>Everything will be new: carpets, cabinets, closets, kitchen appliances, bathroom area, etc. Rent is $306.25 per month, security deposit is $125. Rent includes trash, water, and free parking. We will split PG&E and internet access fees evenly 4-ways.</p>
