Roommate Preference

<p>If I pay the $300 advanced payment for my contract offer and send the contract in, can I still change my roommate preference from no one to someone else? </p>

<p>Or are my roommate/housing preferences finalized once I pay/send in my contract?</p>

<p>I ask because I don't exactly know if I'd like to room with a friend of mine as of yet, but I need to send in my contract before it expires.</p>
