I was under the impression wake used random allocations of roommates but then we received the email about the room sync app. Is this a separate roommate selection process or is this part of their random process?
I found the answer for this question but I’ll keep the post just in case anyone else is curious.
Turns out people spoke to wake and they said the email was a mistake and meant for upperclassmen only hence freshmen will still be going random
That was always one of the great, unique things about Wake. Glad they are keeping the random first year roommates.
