I've heard horror stories from this and I've heard good stories. Mostly horror tho haha.
My random assignment roomates during freshman year were pretty chill. I still kick it with them once in a while.</p>

<p>hwhy11, if they chose you as well then you have prob a 75% chance of being matched with them. It’s not guaranteed.</p>

<p>Yes, I believe so. Both are non-refundable also if I recall.</p>
<p>The enrollment deposit covers the housing deposit.</p>
