Now some of yall must be sports fans but leave to go away to college. How do some of yall stay up to date with yalls home sports teams or watch them on tv.
DO yall find a bar and watch them on like NFL league pass?
Follow them on teh Internet what do yall do.

I'm thinking about getting a "slingbox" and watching games from my laptop.

This isn't in college but it applies: My cousin is in the Air Force and she's stationed at a base in Colorado Springs. She found a local group of a good amount of people from the Pittsburgh area. Every game, they go to a bar where they've befriended the owners and they get the game on the big screen. If you go to school in or near a good social environment- lots of people, bars, etc. then you could probably find something like this.

hey maybe its a dumb question but what's a slingbox?

I'm just glad my school doesn't play my favorite sports team. Otherwise, I'd be shunned.

GO LONGHORNS!

Ibleed heres a link with some info on it

I don't like any of the Florida teams, so I don't have a problem not knowing what goes on with them.

TV in my frat - somehow we get the NYC AM radio station (CBS radio) which broadcasts Yankee games, so I'm good. I went to a game on spring break too.

GO YANKEES!

you can go to a bar or someplace. You can also follow online. You probably won't get to watch as much as you did at home.

I usually just follow games online, but occasionally watch if its being televised.

go tribe!!

thanks frddy--
looks very interesting!
