<p>I was recently sent a letter from Fordham, inviting me to join the Rose Hill Honors Program Class of 2012. I am trying to learn more about the program, but the website doesn't provide that much information. I'm curious about the core courses required for honors students, as well as any benefits and/or disadvantages. How many students are invited into the program? How many students usually accept the offer? What is the Alpha house? Any CCers a part of the program now? </p>

<p>Yea, its a select group. Most Honor kids live together (Queens Court)
It’s a small group. People won’t know your a honor kid unless they ask.. but its like heavier reading for the honor kids. i don’t know why.</p>

<p>My D was invited into the CBA Global honors program. There’s no indication in her letter as to how many were invited, but there is a contact number in the letter if you have any questions about the program. D received a pamphlet with her letter & Fordham’s website gives more detail of the CBA honors curriculum and a London study tour experience at the end of freshman year.</p>

<p>Yes, my user name is from a time when I was a bit more narrow-minded (and ignorant about the college process) than I am now =)…whenever I post about non-ivy school, I get strange “looks” from other posters…lol </p>
