I'm so confused! I applied to Michigan's business school, but why does it say I got into the College of Literature Arts and Science?

I think you applied to Ross as a high school senior (preferred admission).

You first get accepted to College of Literature Arts and Sciencs. Sometime in 2009 (probably after April 2009), Ross will start notifying applicants whether they got accepted into Ross.

When I applied to Ross for Fall 2008 as a high school senior, I got my admission to Ross sometime at the end of April 2008.

did you apply early jothib?

You'll receive it in mid spring (April - May).

I applied sometime in october 2007. I got accepted to College of Literature in ~2-3 weeks.

Jothib, he's talking specifically about Ross.

jothib, did you apply to ross at the same time you applied to lsa? and it took that long to get a response? I thought they possibly released ross responses in jan or feb. is that true this year?

spring 204, When I applied as a high school senior, in the application from, i applied to LSA as well as to Ross as a preferred admission student for fall 2008. The applicant first should get accepted to LSA, then only the Ross will look into business school application. Also, the freshmen in LSA apply to Ross sometime after January (who did not get accepted into Ross as a senior from high school or did not apply to Ross from high school). Only a small percentage of high school seniors are accepted into Ross directly. The application from freshmen and high school seniors are evaluated almost at the same, hence the late response from Ross. It is going to be the same this year.

Sorry, the responses might start coming from March, if I remember correctly.
