Ross Decisions

When will Ross Direct Admit decisions come out? I applied before the Nov 1st deadline!

Wait till Feb if you have already been admitted by UMich today or in Jan. Otherwise, it will take around 3 weeks after your UMich admission.

I just got into general admission today and applied for ross. I see on their website that their acceptance rate is 18% - does that mean that 18% of people who got into general admission were accepted to ross, or that 18% of everyone who applied was accepted? If it’s the first answer, does anyone know the stats about how many people who got into GA also got into Ross, or where I could find that?

@hopewolverine their page says that average gpa is 3.9+ and average SAT is 1480. That being said im so scared

As a Ross Pre admit of the class of 2021 I know that the 18 percent acceptance rate refers to the 18 percent who were accepted in general admissions who got into Ross

Ross decisions come out in multiple waves only on Fridays. The first wave comes out on the first Friday of February then the first Friday of March and then the third Friday of March. The final waves are in April. It gets released periodically. I had gotten in EA to LSA in December but got into Ross in the middle of March, so it can be a very long wait so just be patient

Ross does not even know how many people “applied” to Ross overall. They only get the application AFTER the student has been accepted to the University of Michigan.

I was in the first wave of acceptances last year and got in February 3rd. I suggest following Blaire Moody Rideout’s Twitter for hints as to when acceptances may come out. Last year I believe the decisions always came out on Fridays at 5pm (though emails always came out a little bit later. I actually checked Wolverine Access at around 5:12 and got an email that told me to check WA for my decision around 5:40)

@GoBlueWolverine When did you submit your application for Michigan? Early October?

I applied October 31st at roughly 11:20 pm. Very solid extra curriculars, very solid and unique essays, IB Diploma Programme curriculum, and a 3.99/35 unweighted GPA/ACT from an in state high school.

My D1 got admitted email today for Ross, class of 2022.

@ocd13 When did she hear of her acceptance from the University? My son was accepted before Christmas, but still nothing from Ross.
