Visited Michigan recently and I’ve got to say I instantly fell in love with the campus, and specifically Ross (it’s absolutely beautiful). Since the school is pretty pricey, the only way I’d consider it worth attending is if I get accepted into preferred admission.

Teacher recs will probably be from APUSH/Lang/Bio.
Volunteer hours will amount to ~350-400 hrs
Also worth mentioning that I’m Chinese American.
atm my greatest concern is my schedule for senior year; seeing that it is a little on the lax side and that I could be taking more AP classes (I’m thinking AP world or euro? Or IB Psych though at our school it’s a waste of time) would that be considered a deterrent for me?
Standardized tests are not too concerning since I still have time to retake them, though I definitely should start to focus on them considering the stats of Ross pre admit students.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
