Ross Preferred admit 2020

@JH8888 Seems Ross likes applicants not only have excellent academic records but also involve in some kind of business related activities. heavily involving in DECA is a good approach to gain some business senses and looks Ross values that.

Accepted!

3.9/4.3 GPA
2140 SAT (W: 770, R: 710, M: 660)

Heavy business extracurriculars; I founded an LLC my freshman year.

This was very unexpected considering my SAT math score.

Accepted in December (in-state) and didn’t hear on friday. Someone from my school was accepted today with considerably lower stats than me GPA/ACT-wise, but has demonstrated interest in business, whereas I’ve invested more time in other areas. Very nervous, but accepted for mendoza at notre dame already so if umich doesn’t think I’m good enough for them i have options at least

DS accepted direct admit- 22500, 3.9/4.7 GPA- several business classes and very involved in FBLA for all 4 years of HS.

Does anyone know when the next wave will be for Ross pre-admit?

@iconoclastic Should be this Friday

Accepted!

ACT 31
GPA 3.78 UW

Dope resume
even doper essays
got alumni, my mom went there. She da plug.

Did you Ross pre admit come with your university admit? I was admitted to university in February. Just wondering when I might hear about Ross. Also was it an email?

@dancing1 Four in my S’ school were admitted on last Friday and all of them are EA applicants and were accepted in December. An email alerted applicant’s finalization of the decision and the applicant needed to check his/her portal for status.

@dancing1 I mean they admitted by UMich in December for general colleges and then last Friday for Ross.

My son was originally deferred EA and accepted in early February to Liberal Arts school. He is awaiting his Ross pre-admit decision. Was anyone currently accepted pre-admit to Ross originally deferred? Tying to figure out whether the recent Ross pre-admit decisions were all first round EA acceptances.

Also, we are now getting several letters from the Liberal Arts school, where he was accepted EA. Anyone originally accepted LSA that is now pre-admitted get these letters? They are general letters touting LSA and and quality learning opportunities.

@not__spungen I hope I meet someone like you at Michigan.

Have Ross rolling admissions passed?

@SnapApp Nope, plenty more apps to go.

My son just told me his friend played trick on him. His friend actually got accepted into Ross also.

Is it true that Ross is increasing the number of kids getting preferred admit this year?

@yorkie97 See post #18.

What does it mean if we were accepted EA to LSA in December, but did not hear back from Ross last Friday?

@college it means decision has not been made. I know a kid last year did not hear from Ross (accepted) until late April. He was admitted to LSA in December.

hoping for some more results at midnight
