Ross School of Business

I got accepted by Umich. And I will try to transfer to RSB in my freshmen year.
My family has our own business and i dont know if i will inherit it or not. I havn't figure out what specific area i will be majoring in but I do like international business.

for Ross, I need some info about:
career development (internships etc. I value this point A LOT)
Quality of education
Social Life
networking
Overall atmosphere and feel of the place

AND, please share more info about transferring too. I've read the Regular Admission Class Profile for last year and is aware that out of 731 applicants 310 got in with an average GPA of 3.61. im a little intimidated by the figure...info about the difficulty of transferring, competition in Umich etc will be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

^^^^are those figures for U of M applicants only or total?

Internship placement is very good. Quality of education is meh. Social life is pretty good. Networking is very good – a lot of companies come to Ross to recruit. Combination of the last two: you will meet a lot of driven and successful classmates – your social life within Ross is good for “networking for the future”.

Also, do a search – there is a lot of info. on Ross here.

Career Development
Good

Quality of Education
Dunno gotta see it for myself first

Social Life
… It’s MICHIGAN!

Networking
Good

Overall Atmosphere
Competitive

Less than 1% of the class was from transfers.
