The title is self explanatory. Is the acceptance rate around the school’s rate?
Are you referring to external transfer (from another university) or internal transfer?
@Wolverine251 both. I assume it’s really low, like under 10%
Internally it has been in the 37% range the last couple known years. Externally it is very low single digits. The Ross class that begins the Fall of '17 will be the last class that the internal transfers will conducted on the same basis as the past. Most of the class that begins at Ross as Sophs in the Fall of '18 will be admitted as Preferred Admissions so the internal transfer rate will then be very small.
@as1799 External transfer rate ranges from 1-5%. This year I was one of 25 accepted external transfers, however this number may decrease next year. Internal transfer rate with the new policy it will be smaller than before (Only 20% of the class will be admitted via internal transfer)
@wolverine251 Do you mind if you tell us your specs? I can’t decide to whether start on the ross transfer application or not
@DreemChaser Sure! If you PM I’d be happy to tell you my full/more detailed stats or anything else you want to know about Ross transfers.
