Ross (UMICH) corrected information

The information that "the_aspirant" posted in one of the earlier threads in regards to "junior" transfer admissions to Ross School of Business - University of Michigan is partially wrong.

The University of Michigan explicity states in it's BBA bulletin that the maximum transfer credit for the BBA program is 45. This doesnot automatically disqualify students who are in their sophmore year & applying for a junior status. "Junior" status will not be granted to any transfer applicant. For students with >45 credits will have to commence their studies with 45 credits.

Well, that's not interesting. Harvard...then Notre Dame....now UMICH.....& hopefully UPENN (Wharton) in the near future...All of the aforementioned universities to some extent consider junior transfer applicants abominable.

But why is that so?
