ROTC 4 Year Scholarship...

Hello everyone. I am sophmore in high school I would like to state my main goal is to attend University of Pennsylvania or Cornell with support of this scolarship. I have one question that has been burning in the back of my head, that I need some help with. Listed below is a requirement for the full 4 year scholarship.

-Students w/ more than 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours of college credit upon application or students already enrolled in NROTC College Program are not eligible for four-year NROTC Scholarships; these students should see professors of naval science at host university's NROTC unit to discuss other scholarship opportunities.

Can someone clarify this? Is this saying i can't take AP classes?

You can certainly take AP classes You just claim credit for more than 10 classes. My friend got a ROTC scholarship and he had like six AP's

oh, but what the heck does the rule i stated above mean?

I'm sure this means if you took college classes at a college or JC. I do not believe it applies to AP classes. Call or email the NROTC department tomorrow to confirm.
