<p>I'm very interested in joining ROTC at NEU and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it? How is it? Is it so big of a time commitment that it drains from the college experience? Is it difficult to juggle ROTC commitments with classes and such? Would you recommend it?</p>
<p>I hope you already know this, but ROTC in college is not the same as in high school. The biggest sacrifice from joining ROTC isn’t it ruining your college experience… it’s that you join the military after college… You need to really want to do that. And from my experiences with ROTC people, if you DO really want it- then nothing (college experience, time committment, etc) will prevent that.</p>
