ROTC International?

<p>I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina. My GPA will be around 3.0 when I finish 2011 (here classes are from march to december). I have yet to take the SAT but I'm expecting very high grades (my low GPA is because I was never really keen on school till recently, not because I can't keep up with school)
I have a strong interest in the military for personal reasons, aside from an interest in computer science.</p>

<p>Is there any way I could get in a ROTC program as a foreign student?</p>

<p>I read that some universities offer a program where you take college and ROTC classes simultaneously. I don't quite understand that, how much training do you have? When you finish, you have both the officer and college degrees?</p>

<p>To be an officer in the US military, you need to be a US citizen.</p>

<p>You might be able to take some of the classes that the military science programs offer, but I’m not sure.</p>
