ROTC out of state

<p>I live in Ohio and I was just wondering, If I get a full ROTC scholarship, and I want to go to an OOS state school, does the govt have to pay for in or out of state tuition. I know it will probably be out of state, but its the govt, they can kind of do whatever they want.</p>

<p>Which branch? Army, Navy or Air Force? the scholarships are different.</p>
