<p>It’s another EC, like a club. If you end up one of the commanders then you are an officer of that club.</p>
<p>A great GPA is the most important thing – your selection of classes is important too. The benefits of JROTC can be real – take it and continue if you enjoy it. But GPA and course rigor are the most vital parts of your eventual college apps. The answet to your question is NO, having JROTC on your transcript alone, won’t be of note.</p>
