i’m 100% convinced you are not a rushee. if you were you would already be in the loop and wouldn’t be on an anonymous message board asking stupid questions over and over again.

if you are, then get off the computer, drive down to austin, and just go to it. its not rocket science.

A bit mean. Maybe he does not know. If you don’t live in state, it is not so easy to get a handle on this. Go easy. My daughter is equally inquisitive and unsure of the process. A little sympathy goesw a long way.

longhorn fan–this is a message board about questions. dont be rude. YOU get off the computer, b/c you are not help.

and i live a few hours away from austin and thats why i am asking. i have asked similar questions but did not get definite answers. so please **** :)

you need to know someone to get a wristband if you’re still in high school because IFC can’t give them out without a college ID, and parties aren’t supposed to let you in without one.

other than that if you’re a rushee they’ll probably let you in most houses without question unless you are dressed outlandishly (neon is not outlandish on roundup weekend).

you have to know someone that goes to the school and have them get a wristband for you with their student ID. thats the only way to get one. the first round of parties is friday night.

ATX, you said in another thread that you had been introduced to some rush chairmen, and put on the rush list. At this point, they should have contacted you to give you the heads up regarding their events this weekend. They will secure wrist bands for you.
