Rounding up grades? Eek!

So, my Pre-Cal grade is an 89.9% right now - it was a 93.0 for most of the quarter but I received a pretty low grade on our quarterly exam - I know, I'm ashamed - however, I always do my homework, prior to the exam, my test average was a 95 - I'm a good student and my notes are always thorough and colorful... do you think I'm in good enough standing to ask her to round up my grade to a 90.0 (making it an A-?)

Don’t they automatically round up? I know my school does. For example, I had a 97.6 in my PreCalc class. She rounded it to a 98, which gave me the A+ instead of the A.

Usually, grades are round up

They`re usually rounded up.

Be glad, however, you`ve got the 10 point grading scale.

Some of us are not so lucky.

For my school 86-93= B, 94-100= A, so on and so forth. Not very fun.

Update LOL - my teacher said she’d round it up to a 90.0%, woo-hoo! LOL, thanks for the help, guys.

i wish i failed my quater exam and my A went down to a C+ …79.8 teacher wont round.

LOL, I didn’t fail my quarter exam? I got a 77…
