RPI/AMC Selectivity?

If you're in the RPI/AMC, Union/AMC, or Siena/AMC programs, what kind of GPA/SAT, etc. is necessary to get in?

Like anyother BS/MD program, to be considered and called for an interview-
SAT scores must be around 2100( even though their sites and info packages give a wide range of scores) must take the toughest course load offered by your school and must have several medical related ECs.

But each program here have a slightly different emphasis.Infact compared to a lot of the other combined programs, AMC is the only Medical college that openly protrays the wide spectrum of students they try to recruit to fill their medical spots.
This is my perspective....
For RPI/AMC - must have some research related ECs, higher end SATs/GPA and the interview has to be excellent. They are trying to get a few MDs that will go into academic medicine.
For Union/AMC ...ECs must have at least a couple of leadership position, well rounded academic interest and good interview. They are looking for a few MDs that will like to go into health management /allied fields
For Sienna....community service is a very important requirement. They would like a few MD to consider community/ missionary practice.

Most medical schools like to get a balanced class...even though the emphasis of a particular school may be more academic/research or community based. But this is the only combined program that tries to recruit such diverse students at the high school level.

Awesome. Very awesome. Thank you very much.

Also, any details about the PSU/Jefferson program?

The 6 years programs are very intense as they run year long classes with hardly much break.... the Psu/Jefferson does offer a 7 year option.I believe these programs looks for students that can handle rigorous classes with high volume work all through high school while maintaining good GPAs....in addition to all other common BS/MD requirements.
