The voice message on the RPI admissions line states that ED 1 decisions will be available online starting on 12/15 at 7 pm. I am not sure if they plan to release decisions earlier.

I’d guess very good chance of acceptance. Just a point of concern are the waived recommendations, I thought they were required so I’m not sure about that point. According to the common data set it is listed as important. Good luck though, RPI is a very comfortable school with a challenging Aeronautical Engineering program.
