Does anyone know when the deadline is for the Rensselaer medal scholarship?
Is it to late if I already completed my junior year?

yes, it is too late. It is presented at the end of junior year. You don't really "apply" for it, teachers and/or counselors at the school choose the recipient.
But they offer many other scholarship opportunities that you are considered for when you apply, I don't think you have to apply to each separately.

1) check the RPI website and see if your school is on the Medal Program list of participating high schools. If its not listed, contact your high school counselor and see if they will contact RPI. At the end of my son's junior year (I think it was late June or early July) I sent an email to the college counselor at my son's high school about the RPI program. She filled out the paper work & we were pleasantly surprised in September when my son was presented with the RPI medal at the high school's fall open house! Note: we thought receiving the RPI medal would make RPI a financial aid safety - in the end he received much more financial aid from both Caltech & MIT & RPI was still unaffordable for us.
