RPI vs USC spring

I was admitted into RPI fall and USC spring. Considering I'm an Arch major, I would lose a lot of time by enrolling at USC in the spring. I visited both, I loved USC and LA, I liked RPI but troy was not so nice. Both had amazing programs, but RPI's seemed a bit more structured.

I'm having a hard time deciding because of the spring admission, considering the same fin aid from both, whats in my best interest?

Kansas state is also another option.

I need help deciding! Please.

Opinions appreciated.

Can anyone help?

i am currently a 4th year b.arch student at USC. i know a lot of spring admits and i can assure you that your first semester won’t be wasted as long as you use it wisely. you have to complete 6 ge and 2 writing courses during your time in USC. there are also electives and a physics class that you have to take. a lot of people who got admitted into the spring semester used that semester very wisely and finished a lot of those annoying ge class (haha yes they are very annoying and take up a lot of time) without the need to worry about studio. also you could attempt another major/minor with your extra time. this will free up your schedule a lot in your 4th and 5th year where you could even take up internships during the year. hope that helps!!

FIGHT ON!!!

Go for USC :D
