I also saw this somewhere in some Chinese online forum. It seems like some Chinese RSI applicants were interviewed in 2019, but I am not sure if they still do that now. It probably differs by country.

A person on the RSI 2021 AOPS thread apparently already got in? Can anybody else confirm if they released some decisions? I still haven’t received mine.

I didn’t even get to 4000 characters for most essays… lol I just think someone might have written five commonapp Personal Statement level essays.

I didnt hit the word count limit either. Especially for the long term goals part, i think i might’ve only wrote about 1000 characters… i just couldn’t think of more to write

Just saw this… what does it mean for international decisions to come out “by April”? Does it mean the beginning or the end of April?

I wrote a very short, probably generic, paragraph on how im passionate about research and some professional guidance might help… also talked about how RSI is great for research. didn’t really spend a lot of time on this one
