How do you get accepted into the RTF program? Are there any supplements for it?

I am very confused about how to apply to this program? Thanks.

You have to submit your resume with links to related work. Related work/ECs are more important than non-related.

Is related work your portfolio (like some of the films you created)?

Yes.

If any of your films won any awards (even high school level), don’t forget to mention it.

Art / music / anime / theatre / CS experience/ECs can all be mentioned as “related” since they are all “creative” activities.

Thanks. Were you admitted to the RTF program?

Also, do I need to complete Essay D if I am applying to the RTF program?

I am a parent.
No essay D.

So 2 essays total?

Yes, and you can use essay C to describe your current related activities and also some future opportunities at UT (what you want to be involved in like Student TV, or University Filmmakers’ Alliance)

Though 1 student who got admitted told here that he wrote an essay how his sports activities helped him to make movies.
