I was accepted to Rutgers University New Brunswick and Penn State University Park, College of Health and Human Development. I intend on majoring in Hospitality Management. Although I live fifteen minutes away from Rutgers, I know very little about the major there, but it seems to stand out at Penn State. However, for Rutgers I would be paying in-state tuition ($20,000) and Penn State rounds out to about $35,000 a year.

Penn State or Rutgers?

Just so you know, there is not hopitality management major at New Brunswick... I don't know about PSU.

i would say ru. I live in the next town from ru (e.brunswick) and i was accepted to psu and ru too. good luck in making your choice because you should really base it on where YOU feel most comfortable and where YOU think you can learn the most.

haha, i live in east brunswick too.. where did you end up going?

i'm still deciding between rutgers and pennstate

me too...I got into penn state university park and rutgers new brunswick as well as the camden honors college....not sure which to pick...

i'm a freshman at PSU right now in the hospitality program and i love it. The hospitality program at psu is top 5 in the nation and recruiters come in daily looking for psu students to work for them. 100% of hospitality graduates at psu get a job offer before they graduate. I've learned so much and the professors are great.

as for the school itself, it's awesome. It's not as big as you think and you meet a lot of great people. if anyone wants to know more just get me on AIM at Pees330
