<p>Sooo, I've been wanting to transfer to Rutgers from Monmouth University for this upcoming spring. I'm currently a first year for this fall. Since the application is due by October 1, that means they only see 1 month of grades? If I were to get about a 3.5-3.7 with a SAT of 1520 and I'm currently taking 16 credits worth of classes do I stand a chance to get in by spring?</p>
