Rude or Misunderstood: are admissions people too stressed to be polite?

<p>Serious question – what was the rudeness, specifically? Was it in her tone? Her eagerness to end the call too quickly?

<p>I have the same question. To me, the advice sounds direct, honest and helpful. But there was also some kind of rudeness involved?</p>
