<p>My boyfriend was recruited by Dartmouth to play rugby (he is one of the top players in the country, one of the best on the U.S. under 19 national team) and he now has his heart set on going there. The rugby coach sent him several letters encouraging him to apply and implying that Dartmouth will cover all of his financial needs.</p>
<p>Though rugby is a club sport at Dartmouth, will this help him in admission? He has a 3.7 or 3.8 UW and is a full IB diploma candidate. His SAT scores are probably his biggest weakness, but he has incredible extracurriculars.</p>
